UX and UI

UX (user experience) is how clear and easy a product is to use, from the first screen to the finished task. UI (user interface) is what people see and touch on each screen: layout, type, colour and buttons.

  • MA and CR after Go⁠-⁠live

    MA (maintenance) keeps the system healthy under an agreed SLA. A CR (change request) adds a new feature and is quoted on its own.

Responsive web design means one site that adjusts its layout to every screen size, from a phone to a wide monitor. MotorJoy and the BDMS request service are designed for both phone and desktop.
